Our Wath Upon Dearne Nursery is located in the Heart of our community a stones throw from the local Library in a spacious period building which was formally a Bank and has a rich and varied history all of its own which can be viewed on the many black and white pictures that have been donated to us. Our nursery enjoys two floors on which our team has created an interactive and varied landscape of sand-pits, home corners, creative areas, cosy corners, messy areas, reading areas, dinning areas, role-play areas and sleep areas to name but a few.

In designing the space that our children will use at nursery we have chosen to create 3 separate dedicated rooms, one for our youngest children aged from birth to two years old, one for our two year old’s and one for our three year old’s onwards. We have done this so that we can tailor the resources and environment in each room appropriately to the age group which will use it to enable the best possible learning and developmental outcomes.

Lastly we are very lucky at our Wath nursery to both enjoy a large and secure landscaped outdoors area as well as being only a short walk from Manvers Lake and Country Park where our children are often taken on supervised community walks to see the ducks and other local wildlife.
